This is Kyle. Our extremely approachable and down-to-earth exercise physiologist.
Kyle is a big believer in providing you with the support and tools you need to take control of your life and health. And, having first-hand experience in ongoing rehabilitation, he’s particularly passionate about offering education on the power of exercise as a medicine.
Kyle has been working as an exercise physiologist for over three years and has assisted people with significant injuries, physical restrictions, chronic medical conditions, persistent pain, weight loss and weight maintenance struggles, and supporting athletes in reaching their goals. He’s a spinal specialist and takes pride in being versatile and well-equipped to assist any ailment you might have when walking through his door. Kyle is also an Accredited Exercise Scientist (AES) and Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP).
Kyle’s ideal day off work involves a generous sleep-in and a good workout, followed closely by a home-cooked brunch. That said, he’s also a student of judo and Brazilian jiu-jitsu martial arts and a lover of rugby. You might be surprised to learn that Kyle only moved to Adelaide in 2021 and, being from Sydney and a rugby league lover, is still trying to understand the rules of AFL!
